A vacation in winter is a unique experience, even away from the ski slopes. If you have ever enjoyed a walk through the glittering snow, breathed the fresh aromatic air, enjoyed the snowy mountain panorama of the Karwendel mountain range with the bright blue background, you know how good a winter vacation is for body and soul.

PZ=surcharge for additional person - ER=final cleaning
- Rates for double rooms are per person and per day including breakfast buffet, excluding local visitor's tax. Surcharge for dog: € 6.00 per day excluding food.
- For the vacation apartments the rates are per day for minimum stay of 5 nights including electricity, heating and VAT, and bed linen, dishes and kitchen appliances.

Upon confirmation please make a deposit of 20%. Please ask us for bank details. If you arrive late or depart early, we charge 100% of the room rate from/until the date booked.
Deposit = cancellation fee! If you make another reservation (minimum stay 6 days) within one calendar year, the cancellation fee will be taken into account. Court of jurisdiction is Schwaz.
